eAshland.net has made every attempt to ensure the accuracy of the content of its Website. However, we will not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We will make every effort to resolve such issues where possible. Use this Website at your own risk. You must be 18 years or older to register as a user.

eAshland.net features photographs of merchandise for sale. We attempt to display these photographs as true to life as possible. However, colors displayed depend on many factors including the type of monitor on which they are viewed. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will reflect the true product color.

eAshland.net and all other marks including logos and graphic designs proprietary to eAshland.net are subject to the trademark rights of eAshland and may not be used in connection with any product or services that are not offered by eAshland.net in any manner.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and that is the only denomination of payment accepted. Your order will be finalized when payment has been received and confirmed.

Faxed, mailed or emailed orders will require payment by Credit or Debit Card which shall be debited on receipt of order to reserve the product. All orders require Credit or Debit Card details, PayPal information, bank wires or a check made payable to eAshland.net.

Payment for any order originating, being shipped to or consigning outside of the United States must be pre-paid, in full, with US Funds. Credit Card orders are NOT taken for international orders. All international orders must be paid with an International Money order drawn payable in United States Dollars, PayPal payable in United States dollars or a wire transfer in United States Dollars.

eAshland.net offers a full seven (7) day return privilege on any item which was improperly described. If buyer does not give such notice, buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the goods. eAshland.net, furthermore, will not consider any claim if the product has been modified in any way.

Recipient must report to delivery carrier immediately if a damaged box is received. Items returned for credit must be in the original package with any accompanying accessories. Original invoice must be included with the packaging.

All items are inspected before leaving our offices and are fully functioning unless otherwise stated. It is, therefore, common to expect 2 - 7 business days after ordering before an item will be shipped.
